Ceva Logistics’ SMART Energy opens companies in the energy industry access to a globally integrated supply chain

Ceva Logistics announces the launch of a new logistics solution for the energy industry. "Smart Energy" is to be introduced in the course of 2012. The range of services is addressing energy companies, which are increasingly faced with growing market complexity. "Our new system gives these groups of customers a fully functioning supply chain management, ensuring transparency and effectiveness, and they can profit from the associated competitive advantages", the company states in a news release.

"Smart Energy" is part of the "SMART Solutions range" of Ceva, these are proven, repeatable and integrated logistics services for global organisations. These solutions are based on best practices for different industries. They represent Ceva’s commitment to permanent implementation of improvements and innovations and for the desire to belong to the market leaders in the field of supply chain solutions.

With "Smart Energy" Ceva provides a consolidated and integrated logistics solution to the energy industry. All parts of the supply chain starting from supplier to consumer, from order to final delivery on site, and the processing of returns and repairs are fully covered. The integrated "LEAN" program is designed to bring about significant cost savings for the energy companies.
