CitySprint buys print and distribution specialist

CitySprint has acquired London-based print and distribution business PCM Ltd. 

cityPCM’s 13 staff will transfer to CitySprint’s Document Solutions division, which specialises in digital print, mailing and distribution services.

Patrick Gallagher, group chief executive officer of CitySprint, said: “We are very pleased to welcome PCM’s employees to the CitySprint team. This move is an exciting milestone for us and is an exciting start to the year for our Document Solutions division.”
