CKYH launches new liner service from Asia to Northern Europe

NE-6 liner service of the CKYH shipping alliance to serve Hamburg and two more ports on the European continent in a weekly rhythm effective now

 

Named NE-6, a new liner service from Asia to Northern Europe will be launched by the container shipping companies Cosco, "K" Line, Yang Ming and Hanjin Shipping, acting as "CKYH – the Green Alliance". The new NE-6 serves the following port rotation: Kwangyang, Pusan, Ningbo, Shanghai, Xiamen, Hong Kong, Yantian, Felixstowe, Hamburg, Rotterdam and Singapore.

NE-6 will be operated with ten 10,000 TEU-vessels of the shipping companies Hanjin (5), Cosco (4) and Yang Ming (1). United Arab Shipping has booked slots. Rotation of the weekly departing services takes 70 days. CKYH is operating six direct Far East-European services (NE-1 to NE-6) with 56 ship units and capacities of 6,500 to 10,000 TEU (20 ft standard containers).
