Dachser deepens cooperation with Teleroute

130 Dachser locations in 16 countries to gain access to all Teleroute services

 

On the basis of a recently signed agreement, the Dachser transport and logistics group enhances its cooperation with the Teleroute freight exchange. The agreement shall improve the long term relation between the two companies and increase efficiency.

Dachser has been using Teleroute freight exchange for 20 years. The new agreement was set up against the background of the increasing requirements and utilisation. Thus 130 Dachser locations in 16 countries have access to all Teleroute services. With “Teleroute CONNECT“ Dachser’s Transport Management System is directly connected to the freight exchange, which avoids transfer errors and helps to gain time. Teleroute has set up a limited user group for all Dachser disponents in Europe.

Dachser Germany will be one of the first enterprises outside France to test the “Teleroute ACTIVE“ platform. This is a premium solution that can be adjusted to the customers’ requirements and offers improved ergonomics, powerful features as well as additional services. This solution makes the freight exchange a strategic, integrated tool with a fully automated port to the customers’ own transport management systems.

Teleroute headquartered in Brussels is a leading European provider of electronic services and innovative solutions for the forwarding and logistics industry. The enterprise was founded in 1985 as the first online exchange for cargo loads and vehicles. It is currently active in 27 European countries and has 200 employees.
