Dachser Taiwan joins Dachser’s global network
Effective July 1st, Dachser Taiwan is now a 100% subsidiary of Dachser Far East following the completion of an incremental share acquisition during the last seven years.
Dachser originally established a 50:50 joint venture with Leader Mutual Freight System in 2004, increasing that stake to 80% in January 2009 before buying the remaining shares in the company this year. Dachser Taiwan will support the company’s aim to further develop cross-straits business with mainland China and build its presence with the island’s multinational hi-tech and industrial customers.
Hong Kong-based Dachser Far East is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Dachser Group.
