DHL Express Austria has a new Manager
Wolfgang Albeck is new Country Manager of DHL Express Austria As of 1 September 2009 Wolfgang P. Albeck took over the function of the Country Manager of DHL Express Austria. Since June 2009 he has been acting as Managing Director and is in charge of the region Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The 58-years old has more than 40 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry, where he had filled several leading positions and finally raised to the Management. In 2006 he assumed the function of Managing Director Operations at Express Europe in Brussels. This field is going to be in the responsibility of Roland Kiesl in the future, who had been leading ground operations of the enterprise since 2006 and who has experience as a hub manager including liner haulage management with DHL Express. Supported by an independent management team, Mr. Albeck in his function of Managing Director of the region Germany/Alps, now puts the focus again on the independence of the individual countries.
