ELVIS Full Load Network wins first partner in the Czech Republic

Six new partners of ELVIS AG (European Cooperative of International Freight Trucking)

ELVIS AG (European Cooperative of International Freight Trucking) with its headquarters in Alzenau in Germany is to be reinforced in the form of six new partners. Three German forwarders will join the full load network ELVIS Full Load Network. The forwarding company Kareka in Usti nad Labem, a subsidiary of Schwarz Logistik GmbH from Herbrechtingen, was the first partner for the Czech Republic.

Founded in November 2009, the Volume Load Network of the Jumbo forwarders gained another German (Blenker GmbH & Co. KG) and a Belgian partner (Jean Heck Eupen AG). The whole fleet of the cooperation will grow through new acquisitions by more than 250 units and exceeds the mark of 8,500 trucks for the first time. The number of partners is 81.

CEO Jochen Eschborn sees the new partners as a confirmation of the strategic approach and development of the ELVIS AG: “Initially we had been the first, but meanwhile other organisations are evolving in the field of load traffic. Analogous to general cargo business, in the load business sector the competition among cooperatives is evolving as well. Nonetheless our concept combining exchange of loads, exchange of experience among partners, central purchase and central distribution is that attractive for medium-sized load forwarders, so we can continuously reinforce and expand our network with strong partners.“

Although the ELVIS network is very dense within Germany by now, Eschborn plans to introduce more German partners for the field of full loads as well as for the field of volume transportations. However, Europeanization has priority; it shall be effected by more acquisitions and the European subsidiaries of their partners.
