Eva Air postpones Vienna-premiere of Boeing 777-300ER

Boeing 777-300ER of Eva Air calls Vienna as of 2010

The operation of the Eva Air Boeing 777-300ER on the Vienna route is delayed. The private Taiwanese airline postpones the change of the aircraft that had been scheduled for autumn 2009 to the year 2010. The Management says the reason for this decision was the difficult environment of the airline industry and the slow recovery of the global economy.

For the time being Eva Air will deploy an aircraft of the Airbus A330-type on the Vienna-Bangkok-Taipei route. The regular service ex Austria operates on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
