Fourth location of Lagermax Forwarding in the Czech Republic

Lagermax Forwarding opens a location in Zbuch near Pilsen with 4,000 m² storage capacity and connection to the Czech national distribution network

 

The expansion of the Lagermax group in Central and Eastern Europe has gained a facet. In Zbuch near Pilsen in the Czech Republic the fourth branch of Lagermax Spedice a logistika s.r.o. has started operating at the beginning of this month. The new location is connected via daily transport services to their locations in Ostrava, Brno and Prague.

Herbert Weber, managing director of Lagermax Internationale Spedition GmbH, explains in a press release the significance of the location in Zbuch, offering 4,000 m² warehousing capacity. “This branch plays a major role for Lagermax transportations. It is fully integrated into the company’s and its partners’ network and to the Czech national distribution network”.

The Lagermax corporate group operates 42 locations in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia. With 2,273 employees the private enterprise has generated a total turnover of EUR 273 million in the year 2009.
