Fujitsu General (Euro) continues to rely on its partner Fiege in Poland

Renewal and expansion of cooperation between Fujitsu General (Euro) and the logistics service provider Fiege in Poland

The longstanding cooperation of Fujitsu General (Euro) GmbH and the logistics service provider Fiege in Poland is to be continued and enhanced. At the beginning of this week the two companies signed a contract, which renews and expands the cooperation started in 2005. The agreement includes additional services which are related to the existing warehouse and transport services.

Fiege handles the entire warehousing for Fujitsu General (Euro) at the Logistics Center in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The products of the customer – air conditioning units for the residential sector, offices and the industry – are subject to bonded warehouse procedures. Since the sales products are highly seasonal, both parties have to pay particular attention to flexibility of service and adhere to maximum quality standards. Fujitsu General (Euro) profits therefrom in the form of optimised costs, synchronised process flows within the supply chain as well as accelerated handling of orders.

Fiege group has been present in the Polish market with an own national company since 1997, which has a current workforce of 430 people, who operate 128,000 m² of warehouse space. The customers are companies from such sectors as food, industry, automotive, tyres, pharmacy, retail trade, household goods and FMCG.
