H.Essers enhances partnership with TimoCom
IT service provider for transport industry TimoCom expands offering for logistics service H. Essers
The Belgian logistics service H.Essers and TimoCom Soft-und Hardware GmbH deepened their cooperation. TimoCom is the provider of the European freight and vehicle exchange TC Truck & Cargo ®. The aim is to provide dispatchers of H.Essers and exchange participants of Timocom access to a larger pool of transportation providers. Moreover, the use of European tendering platform TC eBid ® has been agreed.
Founded in 1928 by Henri Essers the logistics provider H. Essers headquartered in Genk, Belgium offers personalised and integrated transportation and logistics solutions. The company currently has 850,000 m² of warehouse space and a fleet of 1,150 tractors and 2,200 trailers. Also the first Dutch customer Timocom, Van der Wal Tiel is connected since January 2011 as a subsidiary of H.Essers group. To optimise the transport business further, TC Truck & Cargo ® is now available for all European operations H.Essers.
