Relaunch of AES Atlantic Express Shuttle by Hapag-Lloyd shipping company and new call in Hamburg
Hapag-Lloyd’s scheduled service AES Atlantic Express Shuttle is about to be relaunched. In response to lately considerably increased volumes on the North Atlantic route, the Hamburg-based container shipping company reactivates the service effective 13 March in an enhanced version. The new schedule covers also Hamburg for the first time. The routing goes from Hamburg via Antwerp to New York. The return trip goes directly from New York to Hamburg. The focus of the AES Atlantic Express Shuttle lies on a short transit time. The transport from Antwerp to New York takes eight days; eleven days from Hamburg to New York.
