Vehicle Logistics: 25 years market presence in the BeNeLux region – renaming of company Hödlmayr Belgium in Tongeren
On 5 March 1990, Hödlmayr group (Schwertberg/Austria) took over the automotive transport company HN Autotransport N.V., which is located in Tongeren, Belgium, in its entirety and thus established a foothold in the European Union. Owing to its proximity to important trading ports in Belgium and the Netherlands, the company location was perfect and in its early years the subsidiary focused on both local and long-distance transports.
Today, apart from vehicle transportation, Tongeren offers and completes other services such as storage, initial conservation, cleaning, painting and sheet metalworking, vehicle conversions and enlargements, remarketing, and freight services for the region formed by the Benelux countries, France and Germany.
In order to lend expression to this business development in the company name, the executive management of Hödlmayr International AG has decided to mark the 25th anniversary of the purchase of HN Autotransport N.V by renaming it as
As this change only involves an alteration to the company name, all legal relationships, contracts, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, VAT and company register numbers, and bank accounts remain the same. Equally, there will be no changes with regard to the existing contact persons and all other personnel.
