IMS – Intermove Systems starts temporary bonus promotion

Launching a temporary bonus promotion the container operator IMS – Intermove Systems (Vienna) provides “support in a currently difficult environment” to its customers. Within the period from January 7 to March 31, 2009, in the context of an export offensive the enterprise grants a credit for every export-container forwarded on the route Vienna/Enns to Hamburg/Bremerhaven.

The bonus for consignments ex Vienna is EUR 25 per container. The credit for containers forwarded ex Enns is EUR 15. “This bonus promotion is not applicable to special offers and excludes possible agreements upon deductions for wear and tear. The credits will be accounted in April 2009”, as the Management announced in a paper.

The IMS blocktrains, which are designed for container consignments from Vienna/Enns to Hamburg/Bremerhaven and back are operated under the name ACS Austria Container Shuttle. The current offer comprises 6 rotations per week. The private railway company TX Logistik is acting as a traction partner.
