Johann Fedl Gesellschaft m.b.H. moves on

Recovery plan accepted, jobs secured: Styrian cool logistician Johann Fedl remains in business
 
The insolvency of Johann Fedl Gesellschaft m.b.H. headquartered in Kalsdorf near Graz has come to a conciliatory ending. On 26 November the majority of the creditors accepted the recovery plan (without self-administration). The indebted company was obliged to pay a 20% cash quota before 17 Dezember 2012, as the Austrian association for the protection of creditors Gläubigerschutzverband KSV 1870 informs. The insolvency claims relevant to the quota amount to EUR 4.2 million.
 
Following the positive decision of the creditors the continued existence of Johann Fedl Gesellschaft m.b.H. is secured and many jobs will remain. The Styrian enterprise has been active in cool and warehousing logistics for more than 25 years.
