Kuehne + Nagel launches temperature-controlled reefer truck services in Russia
| Kuehne + Nagel has launched regular liquid bulk transportation services via road freight from the CIS and other foreign markets to Russia. Tank-containers are equipped with a special reefer set which ensures constant temperature between -3 and -5 °C in the tank. With the aim to exclude risk of cargo damage, -3 °C temperature level is maintained during filling and discharge process. The cargo is collected directly from the customer production site and delivered in a temperature-controlled system door to door to the consignee Russia. Dedicated teams for drinks logistics at origin and destination centers ensure efficient management of liquid bulk transportation during the whole supply chain, including cargo insurance and local deliveries.
