Logwin AG: Dr. Antonius Wagner suceeds Berndt-Michael Winter

Dr. Antonius Wagner to assume positions of the Chairman of the Management Board of Delton AG and Management of Logwin AG in personal union in May 2014

Realignments are to take place within the Management Board of Delton AG and the Executive Committee of Logwin AG. Berndt-Michael Winter (59) will not extend his contract as Chairman of the Management Board of Delton AG, Bad Homburg, which expires at the end of April 2014, in order to pursue non-operational activities in the future. In this context, Mr. Winter will also resign from his office as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Logwin AG, Grevenmacher (Luxembourg) in 2014.

The Supervisory Board of Delton AG has appointed Dr. Antonius Wagner (51), Chief Financial Officer since February 1, 2002, as the new Chairman of the Management Board of Delton AG. Dr. Wagner will take up this position on May 1, 2014, also undertaking most of the present duties of Mr. Winter. He will not, however, assume the role of Director of Labour Relations for which the Supervisory Board will appoint a second member to the Management Board in due course. The position of the CFO of Delton AG is not to be refilled.

The Board of Directors of Logwin AG resolved that Antonius Wagner will succeed Mr. Winter as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Linked to this is a realignment of the Executive Committee of Logwin AG: The present positions of Antonius Wagner and Berndt-Michael Winter, who have been responsible for the areas of Finance, and Transport and Retail Networks, respectively, are to be taken over by someone new.

In May 1999, Berndt-Michael Winter became Chairman of the Management Board of Delton AG. During his term of office, a fundamental reorganisation of the portfolio was carried out with the Pharmaceuticals (Heel GmbH) and Logistics (Logwin AG) divisions being expanded, and the Fashion (van Laack GmbH), Power Supply (CEAG AG), and Household Products (CEDO Ltd.) divisions being disposed of.

Logwin AG, Grevenmacher (Luxemburg), is an external partner who develops full-range logistics and service solutions for trade and industry. In 2013 the group achieved turnover of EUR 1.3 billion, and has currently more than 5,200 employees at more than 250 locations on all continents.
