Logwin manages cellulose transport for Mondi to Austria

Four LogServ block trains per week with continuous traction

The copy-paper producing plant of the Mondi Group in Ulmerfeld (Lower Austria) put its inbound logistics for cellulose on a new basis. Supported by the Logwin forwarding company, the group established an international block train solution from the ports Brake (Deutschland), Antwerp (Belgium) and Vlissingen (Netherlands) to Lower Austria.

Together with the EVU partner “Locon“ in Berlin, LogServ (Linz) is in charge of the cellulose transportation. The “raw material” is delivered four times per week in block trains. Two trains come from Germany, two from Belgium and the Netherlands. All transportations have continuous traction.
