High-tech logistician tectraxx supports producer of household appliances Miele with exchange of electronic devices:
Acting under the brand name tectraxx within the Gebrüder Weiss group, the product division starts acting on behalf of a new customer from the household appliances industry. Since recently the high-tech logistician handles the exchange of electronic devices (white goods and build-in devices) on behalf of Miele.
The experts of tectraxx deliver the goods according to a date fixed with the end customer to the place where the device is used, afterwards the high-tech logistician informs the Miele installation team. A technician of Miele will then professionally install the device and put it into operation. Used devices and packaging is removed by tectraxx. Miele was selected as the most trustable brand of the household appliances industry in the frame of the international user survey – Most Trusted Brands – among European customers last financial year. Miele generated a turnover of about EUR 190 million in Austria in the year 2010.
