New online tool for transport industry available with OMV
OMV Fuel Navigator starts on 1 September 2009 OMV developed a new online tool to reduce the cost pressure in the transport industry. The new application will start on 1 September 2009. You can find it at www.omv.at/fuelnavigator. It enables users to optimise their routes with less expensive refuelling stops. The OMV Fuel Navigator shows and calculates online what is useful to find out an ideal route throughout Europe. This service is available in 16 languages. According to OMV the tool recommends fuel stops from the British Islands to Russia, and computes overall costs of fuel and tolls. No download or installation is necessary to have access to the Fuel Navigator – it is directly available on the OMV website. The OMV Fuel Navigator covers around 2,200 filling stations within the OMV and ROUTEX network (including 700 stations suitable for trucks). Quelle: Österreichische Verkehrszeitung |
