NYK Line starts new transatlantic liner service
NYK Line’s Atlantic Express Shuttle (AES) offers rapid link between´Antwerp and New York
NYK Line improves its offer on the routes connecting Europe and North America. In cooperation with other shipping companies (including Hapag-Lloyd and OOCL) the Japanese shipping group establishes the Atlantic Express Shuttle (AES). The shuttle service is operated once per week between Antwerp and New York. Transit time between the two ports is east/westbound nine days each. As an additional service the company offers an intermodal connection to the NYK Inland-Container Terminal D3T in Duisburg. The first departure of the AES service in Europe is scheduled for 14 September. The premier of the AES service ex New York will be on 25 September 2010. Quelle: LogEastics |
