PKP Cargo becomes sole owner of PS Trade Trans

Trade Trans sells it shares of Polish rail freight forwarder Trade Trans to PKP Cargo and will be further represented in Poland by Trade Trans Log
On 5 February 2015, representatives of Trade Trans and PKP Cargo signed a sale agreement of the shares of Polish rail forwarding PS Trade Trans. Thus, PKP Cargo SA became 100% owner of the former joint venture.

Trade Trans continues to be represented in Poland by Trade Trans Log, throughout which the activities of the TT group will be concentrated. In this moment this company has more than 100 employees in various locations of Poland. The turnover is about EUR 50 million. This year Trade Trans Log celebrates the 20th anniversary.
