Quehenberger Logistics has the ball at the EURO 2012

EURO 2012: Ukrainian branch of Quehenberger Logistics provides various services for the major sports event
 
Quehenberger Logistics, the logistics specialist from Salzburg with main focus on Eastern Europe, will be quite busy in the next weeks during the UEFA European Football Championship 2012 in the Ukraine. The Ukrainian subsidiary of the transport and logistics service provider based in Straßwalchen near Salzburg, arranges various transport management tasks for a number of well-known partners and customers. These tasks are time-critical and require special correctness in execution.
 
Quehenberger Logistics is also in charge of the transportation of the catering equipment that will be used in four Ukrainian Euro 2012 stadiums started in Munich and Vienna. Since mid of May, Quehenberger Logistics has been transporting this equipment to Ukraine on behalf of a Western European logistics company. There are specific time requirements for the transports, and they must also meet strict process guidelines for safety. Quehenberger Ukraine is responsible for the temperature-controlled transports of food from the central catering kitchen at Boryspil (Kiev) Airport to the three stadiums in Kiev, Lviv and Donetsk, some of them on a daily basis.
 
In the transfer of the soccer teams and their minders, Quehenberger Logistics is also involved on behalf of the two stadiums in Lviv and Kharkiv. Moreover, the enterprise is responsible for getting electronic equipment of a Western European customer, to the Ukraine on time.
