Raben Group changes name of Setto Spedition
| Raben brand expands to Czech Republic and Slovakia The activities of the Setto Spedition in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia will be operated under the name of the new owner – the Raben Group. At the beginning of July the locations of the group will be renamed into two different enterprises. Raben Logistics Czech will control activities in the Czech Republic. In Slovakia the company will act under the name Raben Logistics Slovakia. Staff structure and service portfolio will remain unchanged. Setto Spedition was established in 1990. The enterprise operates six locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava, Zilina, Kosice) with more than 60,000 square metres warehouse and about 250 employees. Services are ranging from national and international distribution to sea/air freight transportations and different other operations. Raben Group is a leading logistics service provider in the central and eastern European market. It offers comprehensive logistics solutions for road, sea and air freight transportations and services for the whole logistics chain. In 2008 the group’s 4,500 employees generated a turnover of EUR 489 million. Raben Group comprises the companies Raben, CJ International, Raben Sea & Air und Fresh Logistics with locations in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine.
