Raben Group: Merger in the Czech Republic

Three Czech companies of the Raben Group become Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o.
 
In a press release the Raben Group announces the merger of its three logistics companies in the Czech Republic. As of the start of this month Raben Logistics Czech a.s., Transkam-Logistik spol. s r.o. (food logistics) and Raben Trans European Czech s.r.o. (former Wincanton Czech Republic s.r.o.) were joined into Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o.
 
The new enterprise Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o. operates more than 70,000 m² of modern logistics area at the locations Hořovice, Hostivice, Kralupy nad Vltavou, Jažlovice, Hradešín, Hradec Králové, Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava.
 
"The merger is not just a fusion of the three Czech companies of the Raben Group, but guarantees more efficient processes – first and foremost by a denser network of locations, a higher number of regular national and international connections, and even more important, the exchange of knowledge. In the future our customers will be able to benefit from our entire portfolio of services on a European scale in a newly formed company", Roman Macháček, General Manager Raben Logistics Czech and Raben Logistics Slovakia comments the merger.
