RCA group unifies forwarding activities in Hungary

Forwarding companies Raabersped Kft. and Mávtranssped Kft. To be merged into Express-Interfracht Hungaria

 

The globally acting logistics service provider Express-Interfracht, a subsidiary of Rail Cargo Austria AG, has streamlined its market appearance in Hungary. Since 1 January 2011 the enterprise acts under the uniform brand name Express-Interfracht Hungaria Kft..

The new company was formed by merging the previously separately acting forwarding enterprises Raabersped Kft and Mávtranssped Kft. “Unifying these two companies, which have many years of experience in the transport market, into Express-Interfracht Hungaria opens new markets and strategic partnerships in Hungary, which will also be a benefit for the customers”, Rail Cargo Austria AG writes in a press release.

Epress-Interfracht operates more than 60 locations in 20 European countries and the CIS, completed by an international partner network. The range of services covers activities in the fields of rail transport, road transport, air freight, overseas/river shipping and warehouse logistics. With 900 employees the Express-Interfracht group generated a turnover of about EUR 900 million in 2009.
