Remediation of Hasenauer Transport & Speditions GmbH

Major payment defaults compel Hasenauer Transport & Speditions GmbH (Saalfelden) to take drastic measures

On 5 January insolvency proceedings without self-administration about the assets and liabilities of Hasenauer Transport & Speditions GmbH (5760 Saalfelden, Austria) were opened at the regional court Landesgericht Salzburg. This affects seven employees and 103 creditors. According to the list of creditors liabilities amount to EUR 1.345 million, as the association for the protection of creditors KSV 1870 announces in a letter. The presented remediation plan provides for a 20 per cent quota, which shall be paid off in nine tranches within 24 months from reception.

The debtor names major payment defaults, amounting to a total of around EUR 350,000, caused by faulty construction processes by a construction site manager, as reason for the bankruptcy. Subsequently their customers did not pay partial bills due to the lacks; hence no final invoice could be issued for large-scale construction sites.
