Rhenus Midi Data goes to Wroclaw, Budapest and Bucharest

Three new Rhenus Midi Data locations in Central and Eastern Europe offer comprehensive high-tech logistics services

Rhenus Midi Data, the high-tech specialist within the Rhenus Group, is expanding in Central and Eastern Europe. Three new branches started operating in Budapest, Wroclaw and Bucharest in April 2012. In addition to their own operations the three locations also boost the role of the TecDis network, a European alliance for technical distribution and installation services.

“We’re operating in a highly specialised environment with our range of services and the new business centres will now enable us to pay attention to a factor that should not be underestimated in customer relations: regional responsibility,” says Michael Boos, Managing Director of Rhenus Midi Data, outlining a central factor for expanding the company’s international presence. “We can make use of the expertise of long-standing members of staff at Budapest, Wroclaw and Bucharest; they worked for Rhenus Midi Data far from their homes in the past, but can now use their knowledge of the language and local markets in these countries to the best possible degree.”

Building on its existing structures in Germany and Western Europe, Rhenus Midi Data offers its customers an extensive package of services tailored to their needs in a flexible way. They include delivering, setting up and installing high-tech devices, as well as technical value added services like pre-assembly and pre-installation. “We believe there’s huge potential for growth in our special segment, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe,” Michael Boos adds.
