Establishing a global executive board the Röhlig Logistics Group (Bremen) consolidates its international business model. In order to cope with the challenges of global business, and to be close to its customers and employees, Röhlig established an international management structure in the past months. After the recent appointment of Jan Skovgaard as CEO Asia/Pacific the global executive board of the enterprise is now complete.

Thomas W. Herwig is holding the function of the executive chairman.

The goals defined in Röhlig Logistics’ internationalisation strategy are ambitious: By 2018 gross profit is supposed to increase by 300 per cent with an 18 % pre-tax profit margin. To reach these aims Röhlig wants to develop new markets and develop new products. The owner-managed enterprise has currently about 1,850 employees at locations in 29 countries.
