Still 13 weekly flights operated by Emirates Airline on the Vienna-Dubai route:

Emirates Airline will keep its present status on the Vienna-Dubai route. Austro Control has temporarily authorised the international airline of the United Arab Emirates under constraints to keep its traffic rights for 13 frequencies per week during the winter flight schedule (30 October 2011 until 24 March 2012).

The decision allows the authorities to evaluate the Emirates airline’s influence on Austria’s economy. The constraints are needed to define passenger flows and analyse the capacity situation, as Austro Control announces in a press release.
