Gebrüder Weiss D.O.O. opens access for System Alliance Europe to Serbia and Montenegro
System Alliance Europe expanded their network to Serbia; Gebrüder Weiss D.O.O. has started operating a location in Dobanovci (Belgrade) with the start of the year, consolidating the general cargo platform. Thus the network comprises now 52 partners with 183 locations in 26 European countries.
Gebrüder Weiss D.O.O. is a company of Gebrüder Weiss Holding AG headquartered in Lauterach, Austria. The holding is fully owned by the families Weiss and Jerie. The Serbian company was established in 2004 and has 130 employees handling more than 30,000 shipments per year.
“I am pleased that Gebrüder Weiss is now also with the company in Serbia part of System Alliance Europe. In the Serbian market we do not only meet the highest service demands but also supply regular transports to Montenegro and other Southeast European countries” says Wolfgang Niessner, chairman of Gebrüder Weiss.
