TNT Innight introduces MannedPudoSolution
TNT Innight has launched the MannedPudoSolutionTM to offer customers more dynamic and strategic schedules. The introduction of the MannedPudoSolution means that TNT Innight now has a nationwide network of 64 locations where its customers can collect and deliver their consignments. The new solution complements the hundreds of night-time delivery routes covered by TNT Innight. The MannedPudoSolution will initially be rolled out at 64 locations in easily accessible business centres. This number will increase rapidly in the near future. The manned locations are linked to TNT Innight’s IT network. Distribution and receipt of consignments delivered to the depots by TNT Innight at night-time are registered by scanning. Customers can follow these movements through a web-based track & trace tool. TNT Innight customers can have their consignments delivered at night or pick them up during the day at a manned location. Returns that are handed in during the day by service engineers, for example, are collected by TNT Innight at night-time.
