TransFargo launches new logistics hub

 
Swedish forwarder TransFargo about to move to Sunnana

The construction works of the new logistics facility of the TransFargo forwarding company in Sunnana near Malmö in southern Sweden, will shortly be finished. The facility that provides 13,000 sq. m. of storage and throughput area, situated in the Öresund region, will start operating by December. The location is the basis for the enhancement of existing business relations and the acquisition of new customers.

In 2008 the TransFargo forwarding company is celebrating its 30-year-jubilee. The enterprise controlled by private owners, based in Malmö, acts as a full service provider of transportation and logistics services, and is a member of the general cargo cooperations Nordic Chain, SystemPlus and System Alliance Europe. With 130 employees at the locations Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Örebro the enterprise generated a turnover of EUR 46 million in the year 2007.
