Two Stadler companyies go bankrupt
Regional court Landesgericht Wels announces the opening of the bankruptcy proceedings of two companies of the Stadler group
On 14 December 2012 bankruptcy proceedings were opened about the assets and liabilities of the Stadler Speditionsgesellschaft m.b.H. and the Stadler Güterverkehrs-Gesellschaft – both based in 4722 Peuerbach, Bruck 49 – at the regional court Landesgericht Wels. Both indebted companies applied for insolvency through a scarce bankruptcy petition at the Landesgericht Wels.
A current status of assets and a list of creditors is yet open. However, the association for the protection of creditors Gläubigerschutzverband KSV 1870 assumes that “this is the biggest insolvency case in Upper Austria this year“.
