Wataniya Airways from Kuwait takes course to Vienna
Kuwaiti airline Wataniya Airways opens liner service to Vienna by June The Abdulsalam Al Bahar, Chairman and Managing Director of Wataniya Airways “We expect Vienna to become the third important destination in Europe apart from Istanbul and Rome, and a key part of our global flight programme. This new service will enhance the already strong commercial relationships between Kuwait and Austria.” Wataniya Airways was founded in 2005. The Kuwaiti airline operates a fleet of five Airbus A320. They will shortly take over the sixth aircraft. The route network covers 11 destinations, including Amman, Bahrain, Damascus, Dubai and Cairo.
