Since recently the longstanding employee Werner Hagen is in charge of the areas Finance and Accounting, Corporate Controlling as well as payroll accounting for the group. ”It is a great honour to be appointed Director in a successful company such as Gebrüder Weiss. Born in Bregenz, Werner Hagen (56) started his career at Gebrüder Weiss in 1971 as a financial accountant for the branches in Vorarlberg, Austria. After he changed to Corporate Finance and Accounting and was granted power of attorney in 1986, Hagen has been responsible for the group balance sheet. In 1997, he became head of his department. The Group, with headquarters in Lauterach (Vorarlberg, Austria), has around 4,500 employees at 156 locations worldwide.
