ZIM improves services from Asia to Europe
EMX service and AME service of the ZIM container shipping company to be expanded to Qingdao and Xiamen in China
In response to the customers’ demands the schedules on two strings of ZIM Integrated Shipping Services from Asia to Europe v. v. are expanded and optimised. “As from 29 December 2010, EMX service (East Med Express Service) will start calling Qingdao, one of the fastest-growing ports in northern China. AME Service will start calling Xiamen port in its routing as from 27 December 2010”, as the enterprise announces in a press release. The routing of EMX service will be the following: Qingdao, Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Da Chan Bay, Port Kelang, Colombo, Suez, Haifa, Ashdod, Kumport, Novorossiysk, Constantza, Kumport, Haifa, Suez, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Port Kelang, Qingdao. From the end of December AME service will cover from Shanghai the following rotation: Da Chan Bay, Ho Chi Min City, Port Kelang, Nhava Sheva, Haifa, Ashdod, Felixstowe, Antwerp, Hamburg, Alexandria, Limassol, Haifa, Ashdod, Suez, Port Kelang, Xiamen and Shanghai.
