24plus logistics network starts Europe-product for time-critical consignments
Speedtime Europe offers Europe-wide delivery of time-critical consignments with fixed runtimes and electronic delivery receipts A new era has started for the general cargo cooperation 24plus logistics network with regard to time-critical consignments. As of 1 October 2010 the product Speedtime Europe will offer solutions for the quickest prossible distribution of general cargo in Europe with an individual shipment weight of max 1,250 kg. Speedtime Europe is an expansion of the product family 24plus Speedtime, that guarantees delievery of general cargo within Germany alternatively before 8 o’clock, before 10 o’clock, before 12 o’clock and the next day. Speedtime Europe guarantees Europe-wide delivery of time-critical, scheduled consignments within fixed runtimes in a radius of up to 1.800 km around the 24plus central hub in Hauneck. Runtimes are calculated with the help of a route planning software. The service range of the new product is made up of the options Speedtime Europe with one driver and Speedtime Europe Business with a crew of two. In both cases the shipment is integrated into the 24plus data network throughout the whole handling time.
