24plus: Speedtime International nextDay starts in Austria
Speedtime International nextDay: 24-hour delivery of general cargo in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Benelux states
24plus logistics network, a general cargo cooperative, is launching its Speedtime International nextDay product on April 1, 2014. The new service guarantees delivery of LCL shipments up to 1,000 kilograms on the day after leaving the shipping partner. The product is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (24 hour running time subject to customs clearance), Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Benelux states.
24 hour running time applies for the entire service area. Also shipments from Denmark to Slovenia or from Slovakia to Schleswig-Holstein are delivered the next day. “Our new premium product combines our reliable and cost-effective main routes with urgent delivery in the target country“, says Peter Baumann, managing director of 24plus. “Speedtime International nextDay makes many special trips superfluous and offers economic benefits to the customers.”
Also in the Baltic states, which are served through the partner Göllner in Riga, 24plus accelerates delivery with Speedtime International nextDay. In the economic centres of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania delivery takes place on the day of receipt in Riga.
In those countries of Europe, where the Speedtime International nextDay product is not available, 24plus has been offering Speedtime Europe since September 2010, a fast delivery service. Shipments suitable for sprinter service up to 1,250 kilograms are delivered within a radius of 1,800 kilometres from the Hauneck hub within a maximum of 24 hours, with two drivers aboard the vehicle.
Speedtime International nextDay completes the Speedtime product range of 24plus. Within Germany, 24plus offers general cargo delivery either the next day, or before 8 am., 10 am. or noon the next day. Speedtime FixDay offers delivery on a preferred day.
