Ansfelden: Start of the Southeastern Europe specialist passo forwarding

‘Newcomer’ passo Speditionsges.m.b.H. puts focus on the countries Romania, Bulgaria and Moldavia
 
Establishing the 100%-subsidiary passo Speditionsges.b.H. the GUS specialist Asotra group based in Stockerau expands its operating range to Southeastern Europe. The newly founded company puts its focus on the countries Rumania, Bulgaria and Moldavia. A staff of four headed by managing director Cristian Popovici is mainly organising truck transportations for LTL/FTL and general cargo. Direct customers and part-load customers from the forwarding industry are supported on demand with rail transport, special transport and storage logistics.
 
Initially passo, based in Ansfelden, disposes of a fleet of 20 fix chartered drucks equipped with GPS, mobile phones and ADR, including Frigo trucks for food and pharmaceuticals, coil troughs for the steel industry and box trucks for valuable goods. The management aims to double the fleet within a short period of time. Moreover they are planning to establish a location in the Romanian capital Bucharest.
