Berger Fahrzeugtechnik sets ambitious targets for 2012

Tobias Marian the new managing director of Berger Fahrzeugtechnik wants to sell about 700 BERGERecotrail® units in 2012
 
The Berger Fahrzeugtechnik company is changing its management these days. The previousy marketing manager Tobias Marian (36) is to take over the company management from David Gulda. The born German has many years of experience in global marketing of special vehicles and has a sound technical education. “Following 500 units last year, we want to sell 700 of the BERGERecotrail® series this year“, he explains his target. In addition to Germany, Austria and Poland the enterprise has put an eye on the growth markets Turkey, Spain and France.
 
The BERGERecotrail®, whith an own weight of 4.7 tons, is one of the lightest pallet semi trailers of the 40 tonnes class. The vehicle enables hauliers, forwarders and shippers to profit from more carrying capacity through less own weight and thus more payload.
 
The Berger Fahrzeugtechnik company was established 20 years ago and is specialising in the development and production of high quality and innovative lightweight-semi trailers. At their headquarters in Radfeld, Tyrol, the company has about 50 employees. The production of the BERGERecotrail® is completely carried out in Radfeld, from construction and welding to varnishing, final assembly and quality control.
