Contract logistician Oliver Schwabe joins APL’s management team
APL Logistics expands its contract logistics competence in the European and German market
The APL Logistics GmbH & Co. KG with its headquarters in Hamburg wants to develop the German and European market for contract logistics services. Therefore the enterprise welcomes the experienced contract logistics manager Oliver Schwabe, 41, on bord. The trained forwarding manager was previously working in the field of development for DHL and the Garbe Logistic AG. His task is now to set up a team of contract logistics specialists. Schwabe will directly report to Günther Laumann, 52, General Manager APL Germany. APL Logistics is a company of the Singapore-based Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), a global cargo transportation and logistics company. APL provides international, integrated supply chain services in 53 countries, including both origin and destination services such as freight consolidation, warehousing and distribution management.
