DB Schenker Logistics attends to new major customer in Romania

Kandia Dulce Romania selected DB Schenker as its partner for national warehouse and distribution logistics within 24 hours
 
Kandia Dulce, one of Romania’s leading confectionary companies, has awarded DB Schenker with a business for their national warehousing and transportation activities. The core of the cooperation of the two enterprises is a concept with temperature controlled storage in a warehouse in Bucharest and distribution of goods with a guaranteed delivery to around 850 addresses in Romania within 24 hours. Furthermore, the business covers operational services like picking and packing of goods.
 
“DB Schenker’s consumer fulfillment solution will permit Kandia Dulce to profit from our capabilities”, says Adrian Nica, Product Manager Contract Logistics Schenker Romtrans SA. Moreover both enterprises profit from mutual synergies along the supply chain.
