Good-Food charges Kuehne + Nagel with distribution

Kuehne + Nagel wins new major order from the Russian Federation

The Good-Food group, by their own account the largest supplier of nuts and dried fruits in Russia, has selected Kuehne +Nagel as their logistics partner. In this context the full-service logistics provider developed for the customer an intermodal door-to-door seafreight intermodal service. The sensitive goods are distributed to almost all Russian retail chains from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. The products originate from various locations around the globe such as Bangkok, Buenos Aires, Ho Chi Minh City, Los Angeles, Oakland, Valparaiso, and Qingdao. They are transported via the ports of Kotka and St. Petersburg and arrive at destinations such as Moscow and other cities all over Russia.

“As FMCG are one of our focus industries in Russia, we rate this new agreement with the Good-Food Group as a further confirmation that our integrated logistics services are precisely geared to the specific requirements of this market.”, Perry Neumann, Managing Director of Kuehne + Nagel Russia and Belarus, commented in a press release. Founded in 1996, Good-Food Group of Companies has its own factories in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk (Western Siberia) as well as warehouses with modern equipment.
