HHM presents „Port of Hamburg Handbook 2011“

Maritime logistics base Hamburg offers insight to harbur processes and presents its partners

 

With the new ‘Port of Hamburg Handbook 2011’, Port of Hamburg Marketing presents the whole spectrum of services from Hamburg’s port sector and its partner ports in the region. The Port Handbook reports on the cooperation with ports on the North Sea, the Baltic Region and into the Elbe hinterland, and presents them. The 142 pages book takes into account all modes of transport and is available in German and English.

The target group of the handbook are port customers and partners as well as all those interested in the port. Apart from specific and background data, it provides information on the structures and tasks of port management, and gives insights into port development, as well as opportunities for vocational and further training in the port and logistics fields. “Green port management” is also an issue.

Moreover the present issue features a country special about Brazil, one of Port of Hamburg’s major sources for imports of ores, oilseeds and coffee. The book can be ordered in the online shop at www.porthandbook.de .
