Insolvency of Hasenauer Transport- und Speditions GmbH

Rehabilitation process without self-administration of Hasenauer Transport- und Speditions GmbH (Saalfelden) has failed:

The insolvency proceedings about the assets and liabilities of Hasenauer Transport- und Speditions GmbH, based in Saalfelden, was opened on their own application at the regional court Landesgericht Salzburg on 28 November 2011. The enterprise rooted in the segments forwarding and transport of goods, (building) machines hire and earth works has per 9 November 2011 assets at the amount of EUR 42,260; while liabilities amount to EUR 1.22 million.

According to the press release from the association for the protection of creditors KSV 1870 a rehabilitation process without self-administration about the liabilities of the debtor was opened on 5January 2011 at the regional court Salzburg. “The insolvency claims amounted to EUR 1.34 million at that time, divided to 88 creditors including employees. A rehabilitation plan was subsequently concluded, stipulating a 20%-quota payable by five equal installments. The debtor is not able to pay the first installment, as they could not collect receivables at the amount of EUR 146,000, which should have been used to cover the first installment“, reads the letter of the KSV 1870.
