Liquidation of ICF Intercontainer-Interfrigo enters final stage
ICF Intercontainer-Interfrigo SA (in liquidation) ceased all remaining operational activities as from 1 February 2011
After 40 years of activity as intermodal transport operator, ICF Intercontainer-Interfrigo SA (Basel) it will soon be the last curtain. In a press release the liquidator, Mr. Joan Dubaere from Racine & Vergels in Brussels, announces that all operational activities are ceased effective 1 February 2011. The liquidation of the enterprise is now entering its final stage. The liquidator plans to reduce the limited involvement of the management and to subsequently terminate it.
