Maiden journey of “Adam Asnyk“ with Chipolbrok
Chipolbrok shipping company takes over new building for multipurpose transportations The fleet of the Chipolbrok shipping company has gained a new unit. The multipurpose vessel named “Adam Asnyk“ is the first of six ordered units that will be delivered before the end of 2011. The new building has a total length of 199.8 metres and a width of 27.8 metres; its carrying capacity amounts to 30,332 dwt. The permanently installed cranes have a total lifting capacity of 640 tons. Chipolbrok will use „Adam Asnyk“ in their Round-the-World-Service. This service connects the European ports of Hamburg, Antwerp, Bilbao and Venice with Shanghai, Xingang, Dalian and other heavy lift ports in the Far East.
