Maiden journey of “Adam Asnyk“ with Chipolbrok

Chipolbrok shipping company takes over new building for multipurpose transportations
 

The fleet of the Chipolbrok shipping company has gained a new unit. The multipurpose vessel named “Adam Asnyk“ is the first of six ordered units that will be delivered before the end of 2011. The new building has a total length of 199.8 metres and a width of 27.8 metres; its carrying capacity amounts to 30,332 dwt. The permanently installed cranes have a total lifting capacity of 640 tons.

Chipolbrok will use „Adam Asnyk“ in their Round-the-World-Service. This service connects the European ports of Hamburg, Antwerp, Bilbao and Venice with Shanghai, Xingang, Dalian and other heavy lift ports in the Far East. The new building will return from Asia and have a stopover in the US-Gulf before sailing back to northern Europe.
