Mosolf group starts new business unit

System service supplier for the automotive industry Mosolf provides service to convert cars into electronic vehicles:

On behalf of its customer Karabag GmbH the Horst Mosolf GmbH & Co. KG is implementing the conversion of 200 brand-new Fiat 500 into electronic cars. The System service supplier assumes the full logistics chain, starting with the transport of the vehicles to the technical and logistics centre in Kippenheim. There the cars are partly disassembled and the complete driving units, including accumulators and control unit, are installed. Additional services and the installation of special equipment for individual cars complete the conversion process. The 200 Karabag New 500 e will be delivered during the coming weeks by Mosolf to company clients in Hamburg, which is serving as a model region.

The Moslof group defined a new business segment through the adjustment of the service portfolio to the requirements and applications of electronic mobility. Jörg Mosolf, managing associate and CEO of the Mosolf group explains: We are developing a growth market. As system service supplier we adjusted early to the challenges of alternative driving concepts and trained our employees, particularly according to the demands of our customers.“
