NNR Global Logistics pre-lets Wellingborough warehouse

NNR Global Logistics has pre-let at 130,080 sq ft warehouse at Prologis’ Prologis Park Wellingborough West scheme in Northamptonshire.

It has secured the bespoke DC on an 11 year lease and will move in by mid-2020 at the same time as Northamptonshire haulier Linkline Transport which has also pre-let a similar sized unit.

Prologis’ James Wright said: “Spanning a total of 260,828 square feet, both new buildings will follow our well-established sustainability strategy. This will include a detailed lifecycle carbon assessment (LCA) and carbon mitigation programme that is independently certified by The Planet Mark.

“As part of their certification, the buildings’ whole-life carbon footprints have been calculated, taking account of both their ‘embodied’ and ‘operational’ carbon emissions. Based on this information, a total of 350 acres of rainforest will be protected, through our ongoing support for environment charity, Cool Earth.

There is one remaining plot at the park. Joint letting agents are LSH and Burbage Realty.
